We Added a New Layer of Protection to Your Cards
We enhanced our card fraud monitoring service by sending text alerts. When potential fraud is detected on your Credit Card, Debit Card, or ATM Card, you’ll receive a text from us if you have a cell phone number associated with your card. This text will come from “Fibre Federal CU.” It may ask you to call our card fraud monitoring service at 877-253-8964. Please be assured this is a legitimate text and number. If you choose to opt out of text alerts, our fraud monitoring service will continue to attempt contacting you by phone if potential fraud is detected.
