Introducing Virtual Representative Services

 

We invite you to come try our upgraded Interactive Teller Machines, or ITMs, and explore all their convenient features. Use our ITMs for basic transactions including withdrawals, cash and check deposits, transfers, loan payments, and balance inquiries.

And now, we’re thrilled to offer our new Virtual Representative Services at West Kelso, Triangle, and Woodland Express! Skip the drive-up lines at other locations and have a Virtual Representative assist you via the ITM instead! Simply tap the screen to request a virtual representative and you’ll be connected to a live, local remote virtual representative who can guide you through your transaction with ease. Virtual representative service is available 8:30-5:30 Monday-Thursday and 8:30-6 Friday. During any other hours, you may still use our ITMs for basic services.

Virtual Representatives can assist with:

• Balance inquiries
• Withdrawals from shares and lines of credit
• Making deposits via cash or check
• Making loan payments via cash or check
• Transfers
• Cashing checks
• Blocking and ordering a new card
• Refunding a fee

Transactions including cashier’s checks, certificates or IRA transactions, wire transfers, or other more complicated processes must be conducted with a traditional teller in person.
